Bill Ronhaar honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award for his Contributions to the Title Insurance Industry here in Washington

Whatcom Land Title’s leadership continues to shine with Bill Ronhaar, CEO of Whatcom Land Title, recently being presented with a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Washington Land Title Association (WLTA) for his outstanding service to the association. This is quite the honor as in the 119-year history of the WLTA, only three other Lifetime Achievement Awards have been provided to title insurance leaders. WLTA promotes sound and ethical business practices within the industry while also providing educations opportunities for association members.

Ronhaar, who has been leading Whatcom Land Title with integrity, vision, and a people first approach since 2014, has more than 50 years of title industry experience. He served as the President of the Washington Land Title Association on three separate occasions and has been named a National Title Professional by the American Land Title Association.

Whatcom Land Title offers title insurance and escrow services through its local branches in Bellingham, Birch Bay, Lynden, and Ferndale.
