Governor Inslee ended the Washington State Mask Mandate, effective March 12, 2022. Whatcom Land Title Company, Inc. customers, visitors, and staff are welcome to choose to wear a mask indoors or not. If you arrive without a mask and would like one, free masks will be provided at reception.

If you have Covid, suspect you may have Covid, or are experiencing Covid symptoms, please contact our office so we may reschedule your signing.

How Can I Communicate With WLT?

  • Call our receptionist at 360.676.8484.
  • Email your regular WLT point of contact. Email addresses are no longer listed on our website as part of our security policy.
  • FAX our fax numbers listed on our “contact us” page.

How Can I Securely Deliver or Receive Documents?

  • Our team can email an upload link for clients to securely upload confidential documents.
  • Our team can provide confidential documents via secure email/portal, FAX, or hold for pick-up in-office.

How Can I Provide WLT Original Documents?

  • Please visit the front desk during office hours, OR
  • Enclose your documents in an envelope, notating the property address and your WLT contact’s name, then deposit it in our secure locked drop box. We monitor the locked drop boxes frequently during business hours.

How Can I Sign and Close Escrow Transactions?

  • WLT offers Covid safe escrow signing options, children and third parties are welcome. Our Bellingham location offers both indoor and outdoor signing areas.
  • Our escrow team can send closing documents by secured email for the client to print/execute. The original signed documents are then overnighted back to WLT.
  • Third-party mobile notary services may be used if selected by the client.
